I recently lost my job at the dental office through a series of very unfortunate events culminating in an email the day after Henry got out of the hospital. Sometimes it seems when life couldn't get any worse it does. I have been fretting over lost wages, trying to reorganize our lives, and still maintaining the day to day operations of the Schulte household. I know that Henry can sense my frustration at times, but when he takes his little hands and holds my face in them and gives me the best kisses ever, it feels like things are going to be OK.
Toddlers are some of the most facinating creatures on earth! They have these amazing ah ha moments, and I feel so blessed to get to see a glimpse of these special times. God has given us a new outlook on life, and it's maybe what we needed. It's not the having in life that's important, it's the people that fill us up with their love that matters in the end. Thank you to all of those special people, you know who you are. And thank you Henry, your mama is learning more from you then I feel I could ever teach you.
Henry giving some of his special kisses to Lucy.
